Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a therapist to provide outpatient services and support on the path to full licensure, with built-in supervision and day-one guidance. The role includes a Westchester County office and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse clients, participate in supervision, and grow clinically while enjoying a strong benefits package and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in NY (Must have license prior to applying- LMSW or MHC-LP)
• Experience in direct clinical care(Internship experience counts)
• Strong communicationskills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
