Job summary

Sol-Mental-Health in Colorado Springs is seeking a licensed or in-progress licensed therapist to join our outpatient team. You’ll receive built-in supervision and a clear path to licensure while delivering care to a diverse client population.

We offer a guaranteed base salary of $50,000–$65,000+ with hour-based incentives, plus robust benefits including 401(k) with match, CEU budget, administrative support, PTO and holidays, and professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in Colorado (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
