Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide outpatient therapy with built-in clinical supervision and support on your path to full licensure.

You will work with a diverse client population, applying evidence-based approaches and collaborating with our team. The role offers strong professional development and a supportive culture on Long Island.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NY (LMSW or MHC-LP) prior to applying.
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship counts).
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed in NY (Must have license prior to applying-LMSW or MHC-LP )
