Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking licensed clinicians in Colorado to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, with responsible crisis interventions and thorough documentation.

The role offers strong support and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
