Job summary

BioHorizons is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the North Boston area to support sales growth and education of dental professionals. You will assist the territory manager, develop new opportunities, and present product demonstrations to dentists and surgeons.

You will build lasting relationships, provide on-site technical support, and train clinical staff while maintaining CRM records and coordinating orders with supply chain teams. Boston-based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year of prior B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Assist territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
  • Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on implant products.
  • Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures.
  • Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio and industry advancements.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in CRM.
  • Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and training departments.
  • Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase products.
  • Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations.

Associate Territory Manager - North Boston

The Associate Territory Manager will support sales activities, develop customer relationships, provide technical expertise to dental professionals, staff educational courses and tradeshows.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory
  • Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products
  • Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures
  • Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancements
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM system
  • Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and clinical procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments

  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory including overnight travel as necessary
  • Valid driver’s license

Requirements:

  • B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience required
  • 1 year of previous business to business sales experience desired
  • Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus
  • Base salary of $55k-$65k with a quarterly bonus opportunity up to $20k annually.
