Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking an Associate Technician to join our W2 team in Illinois. You will configure hardware, deploy images, and troubleshoot system issues while adhering to provided work instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 2 years related experience.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience (1+ year) including laptops/desktops.
• Windows OS knowledge and vendor diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Configure hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers.
• Deploy images and customize software per provided work instructions.
• Identify and troubleshoot system hardware problems.
• Perform Quality Control inspections.
