Insight Fort Worth is seeking a Flex Services Technician to install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You will diagnose hardware issues, minimize downtime, and ensure equipment works flawlessly.

The role emphasizes documentation for billing and compliance, and participation in depot programs like Hot Swap and Repair. Onsite environment with opportunities to grow through upskilling and promotions within Insight.

Formación

• IT-related certificate or diploma.
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• A+ certification (preferred).
• Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.
• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
