Job summary

Insight is seeking a Flex Services Technician for our Fort Worth, TX office. You will install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communication technologies, diagnosing hardware issues to minimize downtime while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires IT-related certification or diploma, 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and preferably A+ and experience as HP/Dell/Lenovo technician.

• A+ certification (preferred)
• Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues.
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works and following instructions.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
• Supporting Insight's depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair

Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: $20/hr

About the role

As a Flex Services Technician, you'll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You'll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
