Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) to support YES Energy clients with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our billing software. You will build deep product expertise and maintain strong client relationships while delivering reliable, accurate billing solutions.

This role requires travel during the second week of employment for training, with potential locations announced by the business.

We're on the hunt for individuals who bring togethertechnical aptitude and a customer-centric approach to join our YES EnergyClient Services team in the role of Associate Technical Account Managers(ATAMs). As an ATAM, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging ourstate-of-the-art Utility Billing software, a powerful tool engineered tometiculously track energy consumption, pinpoint leaks, alert relevantstakeholders, flag invoice discrepancies, and recover excessive charges. Inthis role, your billing oversight and customer service excellence will be thedriving force behind ensuring our clients receive top-notch service andreliable billing solutions.

*** This position requires flexibility for travel during thesecond week of employment for training purposes. Training may be conductedlocally or at an alternate location based on business needs. Candidates shouldbe prepared and available to travel as required during this time. ***

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support and software implementationguidance to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
• Assist clients with product configuration, deployment, andbest practice adoption to ensure successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common software application issueswhile communicating product features effectively.
• Build strong client relationships and continually developdeep expertise in Yardi products and solutions.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, orComputer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
• Ability to learn new concepts and Yardi programs
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

• Basic competence in one or more of the following areas:Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, andSQL/Oracle language
