Yardi Systems in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to blend technical setup, troubleshooting, and proactive client support across our property management software solutions. You’ll assist clients by phone and email, guiding implementation and day-to-day use to ensure a smooth, successful experience.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset. Travel during the second week for training is mandatory, with locations flexible.

Are you passionate about learning new technology andbuilding strong client relationships? We’re looking for an Associate TechnicalAccount Manager (ATAM) to help our clients get the most value from Yardi’sproperty management software solutions.

In this role, you’ll combine your technical aptitude andcommunication skills to support clients through software setup,troubleshooting, and day-to-day use. Whether it's answering a quick question orresolving a challenge, you'll help clients have a smooth, successful experiencewith our software.

You’ll build expertise in how Yardi’s software supports the financial, operational, and tenant management needs of organizations around theworld. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work closely with clients andinternal departments to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support. Who You Are:
