Job summary
Oneida Innovations Group (OIG) is hiring an Associate Systems Engineer to help maintain cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, working with senior engineers to implement, monitor, and troubleshoot systems across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on‑prem environments.
You will contribute to documentation, testing, and automation, advancing engineering knowledge while supporting security, backups, and disaster recovery. A collaborative, growth‑oriented team awaits.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in CS/IT or related field with 2+ years of infra/cloud engineering experience.
- Cloud certifications in Azure or AWS are desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Experience with PowerShell or automation tooling is required.
Responsibilities
- Support cloud and on‑prem infrastructure to deliver reliable solutions.
- Design, deploy, and support systems under guidance of senior engineers.
- Evaluate cloud services, systems, and technologies.
- Provide technical support for incidents and service requests.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and build docs.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Applications, Networking, and business teams.
