The Associate Surgical Technician role is a non-licensed healthcare position responsible for performing surgical scrub duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include reviewing preference lists, preparing sterile supplies, supporting intra-operative needs, and managing instruments post-procedure.
We are seeking candidates who have successfully completed training as a surgical technician at an accredited school and possess or are willing to obtain BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred qualifications include certification as a Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) and recent acute care hospital OR experience.
