Qualifications

FAC ENG/ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN (Finance)

Assist in providing support across various functional areas of Facility Engineering maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, refrigeration/HVAC, or specialty trades. Support maintenance, repair, and service calls to develop skills and knowledge for career growth within Facility Engineering. Minimum qualifications include:

  • Experience reading schematics
  • Vocational school education
  • EPA Type 1 Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks on buildings and equipment

  • Maintain organized inventory of parts
  • Operate equipment and vehicles safely
  • Drive independently to assigned stores
  • Clean and maintain company vehicles

  • Follow all policies and procedures
