Job summary

ibp2 seeks an Associate – Planning Services to deliver demand or supply planning outcomes for clients. You will work with the client engagement leader to analyze data, document assumptions, and manage planning models that drive positive business results.

You will collaborate with clients and other consultants to enhance planning systems and tools, supporting a Client-First approach and a culture of collaboration across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning/forecasting, preferably in an S&OP structure.
• Experience with large enterprise demand planning and forecasting tools highly preferred.
• Experience running product lifecycle processes for new products and SKU rationalization.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work at the intersection of process, data, tools and technology.
• Proven presentation capabilities in both content and delivery.
• 1+ years of Supply Planning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning inputs and generate analysis to balance inventory and service levels.
• Collaboratively work with plant teams to set schedules and production sequencing to ensure production attainment and schedule adherence.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and preparation sessions to document insights that drive supply plan improvements.
• Analyze and document end-to-end planning processes spanning the demand and supply planning functions within our client’s organization.
• Evaluate planning-related data structures, data models, and technology tools involved in the end-to-end planning process, with an emphasis on analyzing links to strategic KPIs.
