The Associate Strategy Partner plays different potential roles on a given project, to include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, market analysis, team development, communication, and implementation. The incumbent assists in the development of the strategy for a given initiative, works on multiple projects, gets exposure to all parts of the organization, and plays a supportive role in developing and refining the overall organization strategy.This position is based out of the Pittsburgh or Buffalo office with an in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES*** Support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise. Role will vary depending on initiative, but will include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, team development, communication, and implementation.
