Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. seeks an Associate SRE in Columbus, OH to support reliability, automation, and observability across the organization.

You will implement SLIs/SLOs, write automation, and contribute to infrastructure as code, dashboards, and incident response workflows under mentorship. You will join a collaborative DevOps-driven environment, participate in on-call rotations, and continuously improve telemetry while building AI-powered operational solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or systems administration.
• Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SLIs/SLOs for services with senior SREs.
• Write automation scripts and pipelines to reduce manual toil.
• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and telemetry.
• Participate in on-call rotations and blameless postmortems.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code and automated runbooks.
