C3 AI, headquartered in Redwood City, California, is seeking an Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join its team. The role focuses on maximizing uptime, building end-to-end monitoring, and driving automation for scalable SaaS platforms.

Ideal candidates have strong Linux/Kubernetes expertise, cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), and proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the CA HQ with competitive compensation.

Formación

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying, managing, and operating scalable Linux/Kubernetes/JVM-based infra in AWS, GCP, and other clouds.
• Strong Linux, networking, database concepts, and NoSQL knowledge.
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters and workloads, Cassandra or NoSQL.
• Cloud provider experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Puppet, Bash or Python automation, and IaC tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• DevOps or SaaS admin experience

Responsabilidades

• Maximize system uptime and availability with measurable SLAs.
• Establish end-to-end monitoring and alerting for critical systems.
• Solve complex problems and automate to prevent recurrences.
• Influence designs and standards for the platform infrastructure.
• Lead scripting and automation for updates and upgrades.
• Set up tools and framework to streamline deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with Services and Engineering teams
