Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS / SE / InfoSec or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP).
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Practical experience with Terraform and IaC.
- Programming/scripting in Python, Go, or Shell.
- Strong understanding of reliability, monitoring, and RCA.
- Willingness to work on-site in Santa Clara and participate in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure across compute, networking, and storage.
- Support reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement long-term improvements.
- Maintain and improve Kubernetes environments and platform services.
- Participate in production incident response and RCA activities.
- Define and track SLIs/SLOs and design monitoring/alerting systems.
- Develop automation tools to improve deployment and efficiency.
