Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking an Associate SRE to contribute hands-on on the SRE team, supporting reliability, automation, and incident response across the organization. You will implement SLIs/SLOs, reduce toil with automation, and participate in on‑call rotations with mentorship from senior engineers.

You will learn and apply cloud, Kubernetes, and SRE best practices while collaborating across R&D and Operations to improve telemetry and service availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in SRE, DevOps, or systems administration.
• Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS or Azure).
• Exposure to containers and Kubernetes (Docker, Helm, YAML).
• Linux and shell scripting familiarity; Windows/PowerShell a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SLIs and SLOs for assigned services.
• Write automation scripts and pipelines to reduce manual toil.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Helm/Ansible.
• Build, tune, and maintain dashboards and telemetry in observability tools.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and incident response.
