Job summary

Ansell is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist, Customer Service to support North America online channels. You will coordinate order processing, inquiries, and account management while partnering with Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and Logistics to drive seamless digital sales and exceptional customer experiences.

You will work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for growth, training, and professional development through Ansell University and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or related role.
  • Experience with online marketplaces and/or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize order processing, account maintenance, and customer support for North America webstore and online marketplace channels.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional support for product inquiries, reviews, and account-related requests.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through proactive communication.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve customer service issues by identifying root causes and coordinating actions.
  • Collaborate with CS, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, IT, Logistics, and DC teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Provide technical product guidance and recommend solutions aligned with customer protection and business needs.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by improving processes and the e-commerce experience.
  • Support growth of digital sales channels through operational excellence and problem-solving.

The E-Commerce Specialist, Customer Service is a key contributor to delivering an exceptional online customer experience across North America. Reporting to the Associate Manager, E-Commerce, this role serves as a vital link between Customer Service, Marketing, IT, Logistics, and other business functions to ensure seamless e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will analyze and process orders, resolve customer and sales inquiries, and support the performance of the company’s webstore and online marketplace channels. Working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution Center teams, this role helps drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and support continued growth across digital sales channels.

What your role will be?

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, IT, Logistics, and Distribution Center teams to deliver seamless service and achieve key performance objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted product resource by providing technical product guidance and recommending solutions that align with customer protection and business needs.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
  • Support the growth and success of digital sales channels through operational excellence, problem-solving, and a commitment to best-in-class service.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Job Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, including Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting online marketplaces and/or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and customer service operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
