Job summary

RXO Inc. in Southfield, Michigan is seeking an Associate Logistics Specialist on 2nd shift to support ongoing shipments and driver communications. You will monitor pickups and deliveries, answer calls, and input updates into the dispatch system to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and excellent phone skills. Prior logistics or transportation exposure and Microsoft Office proficiency are a plus, as is flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts.
