Job summary

RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS is seeking an Associate Specialist, Logistics to monitor drivers' delivery activity, schedule routes, and resolve delivery and billing issues. The role involves heavy phone contact between external customers and contracted drivers.

This second shift position runs 3pm–midnight and is based in Laredo, TX. You will assemble routes, maintain communication between customers and drivers, assist with delivery issues, handle customer billing and data entry, and oversee end-of-day

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• 1 year of related experience, including call center work.
• Strong customer service skills and problem resolution.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.

As an Associate Specialist, Logistics at RXO, you will be responsible for monitoring drivers' delivery activity, scheduling, delivery and routing issues with external customers and contracted drivers. Position involves heavy phone contact between external customers and contracted drivers. In addition, the position is responsible for billing and data entry tasks.

This would be a second shift role covering hours 3pm-midnight.

What your day-to-day will look like:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

It'd be great if you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience including call center experience
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 25 pounds
