Job summary

Ares is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Recruitment team in New York. You will source active and passive talent, lead strategic sourcing initiatives, and partner with Senior Recruiters to support high-volume recruitment across Ares’ Digital Infrastructure platform.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sourcing experience, strong LinkedIn Boolean skills, and familiarity with Workday ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or international equivalent.
• 3–5 years of talent sourcing experience in corporate, retained or contingent recruitment.
• Experience sourcing technical talent in Infrastructure, Data Centers, Construction Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Boolean searches and strategic talent sourcing methods.
• Previous Workday experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence, market mappings, direct outreach to passive candidates, networking and screening.
• Support hiring initiatives within Digital Infrastructure and data center-related businesses by identifying talent across investments, engineering, construction management, and related disciplines.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage relationships with internal and external candidates through the full life cycle recruitment process.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, HR COE’s and business leads to understand talent needs and deliver sourcing strategies.
• Act as a positive and leading brand ambassador for Ares; stay up to date with press, awards, initiatives and events.
