Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in the insurance domain.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Proven experience with Git or similar source control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex software defects.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-organizational teams.
• Understand DevOps and Agile methodologies and practices.
