The associate level Service Technician is responsible for basic repairs, calibration, and preventative maintenance on JLG equipment. This position will assist other technicians in diagnosing and repairing equipment to further their knowledge and understanding of advanced troubleshooting and maintenance.

Your Impact

These duties are not all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Assist with repairs of material handling and industrial equipment to learn safe work habits and gain knowledge of machine repair, calibration, and adjustments.
• Perform simple repairs and preventive maintenance under supervision of the lead mechanic.
• Clean machines in preparation for movement into the shop for estimation or repairs.
• Support other technicians in inspection and diagnosis of equipment issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to one (0-1) years of experience in the field or related area.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Pay Range

$39,600.00 - $60,600.00

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay across all U.S. locations, with individual pay determined by experience, education, skills, and role responsibilities. We offer a competitive total rewards package and support growth and success.
