About the Role

As a Lead Technician Level IV, you will oversee systems technicians' daily tasks, including scheduling, work assignments, prioritization, and resolving issues related to component-level maintenance of Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs), Ticket Office Machines (TOMs), Gates, and Validators.

Responsibilities

• Manage spares, including replenishment.
• Interact with customers and vendors to resolve outages and coordinate changes.
• Provide onsite technical maintenance and support for new and existing systems.
• Perform component and board-level repairs on TVMs, TOMs, Gates, and Validators.
• Conduct corrective maintenance as needed.
• Document maintenance activities using various software systems.
• Maintain shop inventory.
• Act as a team leader and facilitator.
• Recommend new procedures and contribute to the development of new techniques.
• Use good judgment to select appropriate methods and techniques for problem-solving.
• Engage in field support when required.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range is $44,160 - $55,200, with potential bonuses or incentives based on business needs and performance.
