Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active securities licenses: Series 7 (GS), Series 9 & 10 (SU), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• At least 2 years of industry experience; strong performance in current role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with consistency, quality, and policy compliance.
• Oversee service transaction approvals, money movement, and document handling with QA reviews.
• Coordinate training for new Service Associates and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory policy adherence in collaboration with senior management.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Handle client inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.
