  • Maintain the U.S. GRC SharePoint, ensuring it is current and accessible.
  • Ensure GRC processes and standards are followed and compliant.
  • Support regular project status reporting by working with GRC Project Managers and stakeholders to gather information, compile data, and create reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and reporting to ensure successful regulatory remediation.
  • Develop and monitor project execution metrics to support remediation success.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a compliance or risk management team within a large US bank.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and risk management in financial services.
  • Experience gathering requirements and partnering with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, formulas across worksheets).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with SharePoint for document management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently.
  • Logical and creative problem-solving skills, with ease in identifying critical issues.

What’s in it for you?

We thrive on challenges, progressive thinking, and teamwork to deliver trusted advice, helping clients thrive and communities prosper. We value support, growth, making a difference, and mutual success.
