What is the Opportunity?
Position reports into the US Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) Implementation Office. As a GRC Implementation Office Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with project managers, portfolio leads, and stakeholders to gather and analyze data to support project execution of regulatory remediation programs. You’ll also be involved in providing support for ad-hoc reporting requests and supporting U.S. GRC reporting initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with various teams within the GRC Office, GRC leadership, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Relations. It provides a chance to develop skills in risk management, data management, data analysis, and reporting, while helping the organization improve GRC project management and regulatory remediation execution.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$135,000 (New Jersey/California), $65,000-$115,000 (Minnesota), based on experience and market conditions. Additional earnings possible through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program, contingent on business performance and individual goals.
