RegEdge is a global boutique consulting firm dedicated to assisting financial institutions in navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Our team is comprised of former Big 4 consulting and industry professionals with extensive experience in capital markets. We have teams based in New York (USA), London (UK) and multiple locations in India.
As RegEdge scales its data and technology capabilities, we are building a world-class engineering function at the core of our capital markets practice. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in financial mathematics, quantitative finance, or financial engineering, combined with hands‑on production engineering experience. You will architect and build data pipelines, analytical platforms, and client‑facing applications that power regulatory reporting, risk analytics, and financial data solutions across our global client base.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and distribution of large‑scale financial datasets.
Build full‑stack applications and internal tools that support capital markets risk, regulatory reporting, and compliance workflows.
Develop and deploy statistical models, financial analytics engines, and machine learning applications in a production finance context.
Architect and maintain cloud‑based data infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP, leveraging platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
Create and manage BI dashboards and data visualization layers (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for client‑facing and internal reporting.
Collaborate with quant analysts and risk consultants to translate financial models and regulatory requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Review and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, and data models for performance and scalability across large financial datasets.
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices within the team.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with a demonstrable full‑stack or data engineering portfolio.
Strong foundational knowledge of financial mathematics or quantitative finance — options pricing, risk metrics (VaR, Greeks), fixed income analytics, or similar.
Prior exposure to capital markets, financial services firms, fintech, or regulatory technology environments is a significant advantage.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
Fully remote work setup.
Opportunities for fast‑paced professional development and career growth.
Exposure to complex capital markets and regulatory technology engagements with leading global financial institutions.
A collaborative and supportive work environment with former Big 4 and industry professionals.
