Qualifications

• Experience leading and training lab personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform single-cell sample processing and sequencing prep.
• Operate and troubleshoot flow cytometry instrumentation and panels.
• Train technicians and investigators on cytometry concepts.
• Coordinate sample intake, QC, and sequencing run scheduling.
• Develop and optimize multicolor flow cytometry assays.
• Maintain SOPs and assist in instrument maintenance and repair.
• Document procedures and report results for publications.
