Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with aseptic technique and cell culture manipulations.
• Experience with large-scale bioreactors and single-use systems.
• Experience with Clean In Place (CIP) and Steam In Place (SIP).
• Experience with upstream processing of large molecules.
• Experience with ViCell BLU, Metaflex, and OmsoPro equipment.
• Experience documenting work in electronic lab notebooks.
• Periodic weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture process operations from vial thaw to bioreactor harvest.
• Record and analyze data, verify integrity, and report findings to the project team.
• Collaborate with project teams and support functions to meet goals.
• Provide technical expertise to multiple large molecule programs and review data.
• Maintain equipment logs and assist with downtime resolution.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures.
