Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking two Senior Scientists, Proteins Analytical Development, to support our Analytical Development Separation Sciences team. You will develop, validate, and transfer separation assays for protein biotherapeutics, including monoclonal antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates, for clinical and commercial development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 2+ years, master's with 5+ years, or bachelor's with 12+ years of relevant biochemical work experience.
• Degrees in biochemistry or related scientific fields preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, validate, and transfer biochemical methods such as CE and HPLC for biopharmaceutical characterization and QC.
• Serve as analytical expert during method development, investigations, and regulatory inspections.
• Seek and implement innovative technology for analytical method development to meet challenges of new modalities.
• Lead analytical projects and collaborate with PD, analytical integrator, QC to support programs from early to late phase.
• Provide deep analytical expertise for programs from early phase through commercial manufacturing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for methods and procedures.
• Analyze and communicate complex data clearly and succinctly.
• Write, review, and approve methods, protocols, reports, SOPs; present data to peers and management.
• Contribute to regulatory filings (INDs, IMPDs, BLAs) and respond to health authority inquiries.
• Improve laboratory operations for GMP compliance and efficiency.
