Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking an Associate Scientist, Discovery ADME to support early-stage drug discovery programs at our Exton, PA site. You will perform analytical work on LC-MS systems and contribute to data integrity and project milestones.

The role offers hands-on lab experience in a collaborative environment, exposure to state-of-the-art LC-MS technologies, and opportunities to grow within a global CRO/CDMO. On-site position with standard lab commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related analytical science.
• Minimum 1 year of bioanalytical testing or analytical development experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with UHPLC-MS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation and analysis for discovery in vitro ADME studies.
• Assist with development and optimization of analytical methods for sponsor studies.
• Execute studies according to approved protocols and project requirements.
• Process analytical data and prepare scientific reports.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant study documentation.
• Support delivery of high-quality results within established timelines.
• Collaborate with scientists and laboratory staff for successful project execution.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation.
• Maintain laboratory organization and readiness.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards.
• Stay current with advances in analytical and bioanalytical sciences.
• Support additional lab and scientific initiatives as assigned by management.
