Pharmaron is seeking an Associate Scientist, Discovery ADME in Exton, PA to support discovery ADME studies and generate reliable analytical data using state-of-the-art LC-MS technologies in an onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related analytical science.
• Minimum 1 year of bioanalytical testing or analytical development.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on UHPLC-MS experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation and analysis for discovery in vitro ADME studies.
• Assist with development and optimization of analytical methods for sponsor studies.
• Execute studies according to approved protocols and project requirements.
• Process analytical data and prepare scientific reports.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant study documentation.
• Support the delivery of high-quality results within established timelines.
• Collaborate with scientists and laboratory staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation.
• Maintain laboratory organization and operational readiness.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable quality standards.
• Stay current with scientific advances and industry developments related to analytical and bioanalytical sciences.
• Support additional laboratory and scientific initiatives as assigned by management.
