Precision for Medicine seeks an Associate Scientist to support cellular assay development, validation, and execution. The role includes Tuesday–Saturday shifts to maintain operational continuity and may supervise testing activities in CLIA/CAP/ISO settings when qualified.
Responsibilities include performing neutralizing antibody and related immunocellular assays, data analysis, SOP improvement, and collaboration across teams. Strong biology background and English fluency are essential.
The Associate Scientist participates in cellular assay development, validation, and execution including sample analysis in a timely manner. This position requires a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule to support cellular activities and maintain operational continuity. Performs assays according to SOPs and supports development of new procedures and improvement of existing SOPs. May serve as a Clinical Laboratory General Supervisor, when qualified and designated, providing day-to-day oversight of testing activities in accordance with CLIA/CAP, ISO and NY laboratory policies.

At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
