Precision Medicine Group in Frederick, MD is seeking a skilled flow cytometry expert to perform assays, validate procedures, and support SOP development. You will design experiments, analyze data, and present results with high quality output.
The role requires a Master’s degree in life sciences, 5 years of lab experience, and strong skills in flow cytometry, ELISpot/ELISA, and data reporting. Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.
Participate in flow cytometry projects through assay development, validation, and execution in a timely manner. Perform assays according to SOPs and support development of new procedures and improvement of existing SOPs. May perform other cell based assays.

At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
