Job summary

Stryker Group in Minneapolis is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote Acute Care products and support the sales team. You will engage healthcare providers with product demonstrations, participate in trainings, and help manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

This entry-level role offers exposure to industry events, collaboration with the sales team, and potential growth into a senior sales position within Stryker.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel and provide excellent customer service and develop the customer relationship.
• Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding proper use and maintenance, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Assist in post-sale implementation and training to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction.
• Drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers.
• Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives within your assigned geography.

Associate Sales Representative – Acute Care

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by promoting Stryker's Acute Care products and solutions to healthcare providers. You’ll assist with engaging product demonstrations, contribute to managing customer relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll participate in training programs, attend industry events, and collaborate with the sales team to help achieve business goals. This position serves as an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and advance into a more senior sales role within Stryker.
