Stryker Fargo, ND seeks an Associate Sales Representative – Acute Care to promote Stryker Medical products to healthcare providers, assist with demonstrations, and strengthen customer relationships. You will support post-sale training and adoption while ensuring exceptional service.

This role includes training participation, industry events, and collaboration with the sales team to reach budgets and advance into a more senior role within Stryker.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel and provide excellent customer service and develop the customer relationship.
• Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding proper use and maintenance, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Assist in post-sale implementation and training to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction.
• Drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers.
• Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives within your assigned geography.

$65,000 and may be eligible to earn bonuses + benefits.
