This is a development position designed to prepare an individual possessing attributes supporting a sales dynamic to advance into a Sales Representative position. The primary function of this position is to gain industry, product and service knowledge while learning the various skills needed to be promoted to a Sales Representative. The Sales Trainee must understand how to use interpersonal skills to build long-term internal and external relationships. Upon completing the training period, this individual may be responsible for sales and margin performance within a defined territory. This position will require travel in Michigan.
Monthly commissions in addition to the annual base salary pay range: $65,000
