Job summary

Stryker in St. Louis, MO is seeking a motivated sales support specialist to assist confident, results-oriented sales teams in promoting and selling Stryker products.

You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and help with business development. This role requires educational credentials with related experience; on-call duties including evenings and weekends; ongoing trainings to maintain product expertise; and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) with minimum related experience
• High School Diploma with minimum 4 years related experience

• Complete requiredtrainings and certifications to maintain product expertise and readiness.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT etc.) AND minimum 2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma AND minimum 4 years of related experience
• Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service

Preferred:

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Medical related fields or B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated team leadership experience
• Sales or marketing internship
• Collegiate extracurricular experience (e.g., student-athletes, student government, fraternity/sorority leadership, etc.) demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership

• This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.
