Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Joint Replacement in Columbia, MO. The role supports field-based sales activities, conducts product evaluations in OR and office settings, and helps develop the territory while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will learn selling skills with coaching from experienced team members and may be on call after hours to address urgent technical needs. A degree or medical certification with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree or medical certification with 2+ years related experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel 50%.

You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. You monitor territory development and maintain clear communication with the sales team.
