Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's New Pond Village in Walpole, MA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting. The role focuses on ADLs and supporting residents with daily activities.

As a CNA, you will document care, report changes, engage residents in meaningful activities, and apply customer service to ensure exceptional care. Prior skilled nursing or dementia experience is valued; license is required; training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Previous skilled nursing or assisted living experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents who have dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
