Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to provide leadership, support, and direction for all field operations within the Northeast Atlantic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training, development, and leadership to service and repair teams.
• Ensure quality of all service and repair field operations, including resource allocation.
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues.
• Promote the use of digital tools among service teams.
• Lead process workshops and ensure adherence to service protocols.
• Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports.
• Collaborate with service managers on performance issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to complete service projects satisfactorily and timely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of elevator industry experience.
• Management experience required.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical settings.
• Leadership qualities, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
