Associate Regional Account Manager (Entry-Level)

Are you passionate about mental wellness and eager to launch your career in healthcare sales? Greenbrook is seeking a driven Associate Regional Account Manager (ARAM) to support outreach and relationship-building efforts within our regional network. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates ready to make an impact in the behavioral health space while gaining hands-on experience in clinical sales and territory management.
Competitive compensation including a fixed at $60,000 USD with an estimated commission of $40,000 USD dependent upon on performance to targets. In addition to a strong overall compensation package, Neuronetics/Greenbrook provides a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, flex time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (see details below).
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with behavioral health professionals including psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care physicians
- Partner with Regional Managers to support local business strategies and marketing efforts
- Help drive awareness of TMS Therapy through clinical conversations and outreach
- Track activities, maintain records, and support performance goals in assigned territory
- Learn to identify trends and assist with new lead generation and territory growth
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer-facing or relationship-building roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bonus if you have: Exposure to healthcare or referral-based sales, or experience engaging with mental health professionals.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
