Direct Recruiters, Inc. in Solon, Ohio is seeking a candidate-delivery focused professional to join our Supply Chain & Logistics executive search practice.

No recruiting experience is required; we’re looking for someone with at least one year of professional experience, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by goals. You will identify and engage candidates, recruit passive talent, present qualified candidates to the team, and build pipelines for current and future searches.

Responsibilities

• Research companies, competitors, talent markets, industry trends, and professionals across the supply chain ecosystem.
• Develop market mastery within supply chain and logistics, including procurement, sourcing, planning, transportation, warehousing, distribution, operational excellence, and supply chain technology.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate information, and follow-up plans in our CRM.
• Collaborate closely with practice leaders and recruiters to keep searches moving and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
