Job summary

Curion is seeking an Associate Recruiter to partner with the Recruiting Operations Team and drive study participation by screening and scheduling consumers daily for research studies. You will report to the Senior Recruiting Manager and help implement the recruitment phase of upcoming studies, ensuring timely responses and high-quality participant screening.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work.
• Experience in market research call centers is a plus.
• 1–2 years of market research or event staff experience is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact, screen, and schedule consumers daily for studies.
• Collaborate with Recruiting team to meet respondent and quota goals.
• Assist in implementing and executing the recruiting phase of upcoming studies.
• Maintain accurate participant records in the database.
• Manage scheduling and study logistics.
• Communicate with participants professionally and provide updates to the Sr. Recruiting Manager.
• Report recruitment progress and issues.
