Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, recruiting, or related roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and documenting information across systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound recruitment calls, participant reminders, and structured surveys.
• Respond to participant emails, texts, and calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Create a positive participant experience that reflects Sago Team values.
• Accurately document participant information, responses, and recruitment activities.
• Understand study objectives, screening criteria, methodologies, and topics.
• Monitor quotas and recruitment progress to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and drive improvement.
• Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and detail orientation.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support projects.
