Job summary

A leading recruiting firm in Oklahoma City is seeking a motivated Recruiter to connect people with opportunities. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing offers, and collaborating with the sales team. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background, and excellent communication skills. Employees enjoy weekly pay with uncapped commission potential, flexible PTO, and opportunities for training and advancement. This position is not remote and requires onsite work in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Oklahoma City and be comfortable working onsite daily.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Build strong relationships with candidates through consistent communication and follow-up
• Partner closely with the sales team to align talent with client needs
• Screen candidates, prepare them for interviews, and guide them through the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in our recruiting systems
• Represent Addison Group at local networking events and community activities

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
