JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is hiring an Associate Recruiter for Corporate Functions to support full-cycle recruiting for finance roles. You will qualify requisitions, map talent, source candidates, and present qualified individuals to hiring managers.

You will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to maintain recruiting controls, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and manage offers and negotiations. You will operate onsite in Plano and engage senior clients as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining finance roles.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present activity to senior clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and escalations.

Mansioni

• Qualify requisitions and align job descriptions with global guidance.
• Conduct intake conversations with hiring managers on recruitment processes and policies.
• Map talent and manage candidate pools as a market specialist.
• Source and build a pipeline through multiple channels; use sourcing partner when needed.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with the interview scheduling team.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Serve as SME, influencing decisions and aligning expectations for candidates and managers.
• Conduct pre-offer calls and own offer negotiations and management.
• Liaise with managers, HR, and comp to ensure offer approvals.
• Present updates to senior client groups and manage escalations.
