GLOMO in Richardson, TX is seeking a Recruiter to join our collaborative team. From sourcing to closing, you’ll support a growing client portfolio and help professionals advance their careers using our proven recruitment processes.

You’ll build relationships, conduct outreach and screenings, coordinate interviews, and contribute to team goals. The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commissions, health/dental/401k, unlimited PTO, and profit-sharing opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
• Have a people-first, relationship-centered mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Adaptable to technological advancements.

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and interview preparation
• Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM and ATS systems
• Collaborate with team members to support active client searches
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and clients
• Learn industry best practices, market trends, and recruitment methodologies
• Contribute to team goals, performance initiatives, and ongoing business growth
